| H1N1 Vaccine Nasal Spray Only Public Clinic | | Date: | November 1st, 2009 | | Time: | 1:00pm | | Information: | The Maplewood Health Department will conduct a public clinic at the Town Hall to administer the H1N1 flu vaccine nasal spray only on Sunday Nov. 1st from 1-4pm. PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. 973-762-8120 x4400. This nasal spray is only for healthy children and young adults age 2 to 24 years. People with chronic illnesses should receive the injectable vaccine which will be scheduled for later clinic dates. Go to cdc.gov to see the list of illnesses that contraindicate use of the nasal spray vaccine. |
