Wanted: Summit Household Helper
Single father with 14 year old daughter attending the Pingry School seeking an energetic, organized, self-motivated and dependable household helper (vehicle provided for household driving duties). Live-in preferred, but live-out will be considered for the right candidate as long as hours of availability are flexible. Private room available in lovely northside Summit home.
Key hours of need are 5:30 p.m. – on for weekdays and occasional weekend work.
Primary responsibilities are:
• Driving 14 year old girl to sports practices and personal appointments during after-school hours (pick-up/drop-off at school not required)
• Housekeeping: keeping home clean and organized (heavy cleaning done weekly by professional service)
• Laundry
• Simple, healthy meal preparation (dinners only)
• Occasional errands (e.g., grocery shopping)
The right candidate will be legally authorized to work in the US, have a drivers license and a clean driving record, strong references, and demonstrated organization skills. Must also possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
