I think it was at the beginning of Nixon's second term.

They've done some work in recent winters but this looks like a major redo.

Thanks for the scoop. I love when people dish. Hopefully the renovations go smoothly and it’s not a rocky road for them.

I want to groan it. Instead, I chuckle it. 

One problem with renovating an ice cream shop is when the contractor fudges the measurements. 

She may save time doing that, but her brick’ll be a pain to lay straight.
