I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but I have been seeing a non-stop parade of large dump trucks travelling over Parker Ave. Going up towards Irvington and Newark empty and coming back loaded down. Not one or two, but a steady stream all day long, sometimes a dozen or more an hour, sometimes more or less. At first, I thought nothing of this, but this has been an ongoing project, not just for days, not just for weeks, but for MONTHS. This has got to be a really major project.
Does anyone know what the project is and where the material they carry comes from and where it goes?
