Hello! We're a family of two (mom and 5-year-old son), along with one Yorkie and a bunny, looking for an independent housekeeper/household helper. No childcare is needed for this position.

We are not looking for a cleaning company. We're looking for one reliable person who takes pride in their work and enjoys building a long-term relationship with one family.

Our home is a well-organized 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment ( I added a few pictures of our home), so the focus is on maintaining a clean home rather than catching up on clutter. We're looking for a self-starter who pays attention to detail and isn't rushing through the job to get to the next client.

The primary responsibility is deep cleaning every other week (dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc.). Since the home is already organized, there may be weeks when I would appreciate flexibility with other household tasks, such as folding laundry, light organizing, or other household help if I'm especially busy.

Compensation: $140 cash every other week. I ask that you plan to stay a minimum of 5½ hours so the job is done thoroughly and without rushing.

We're hoping to find someone who lives in or near the Ironbound section of Newark, the Oranges, or surrounding areas, and who enjoys working with the same family long-term.
