Essex County Family seeking an experienced Nanny for G2 and G5m. Care is needed Monday-Friday from 8:45AM-5PM; beginning ASAP.

SCHEDULE

• Monday- Friday from 8:45-5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide loving, attentive care for both girls, including feeding, naps, diapering, bathing, and age-appropriate routines
• Engage our toddler in play, books, art, music, outdoor adventures, and activities that encourage curiosity and independence
• Help the baby reach developmental milestones through talking, reading, tummy time, play, and lots of interaction
• Get the girls out of the house—to parks, libraries, playgrounds, classes, museums, and other age-appropriate activities
• Manage full meal & snack prep for their toddler and infant daily
• Keep children's play areas, belongings, and supplies organized
• Manage the children's laundry and other child-related tidying
• Communicate with us about the girls' days, development, schedules, and anything that would help us be better parents
• Help establish routines and traditions that make the girls feel secure and loved
  
  

COMPENSATION

• Hourly rate commensurate with Experience (~$30-35/hr) paid via Payroll
• Industry standard benefits (guaranteed hours, vacation, sick, holidays off)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of toddler/infant experience - confidence in caring for both an infant and toddler simultaneously. Experience with 2-year age gap a huge plus
• Eligible to work in the US
• Reliable vehicle to commute withClean criminal and driving recordFluent English
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Epi-pen trained (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable providing proof of up-to-date vaccinations for: TDAP, this season’s Flu and MMR
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (carrying toddler up/down stairs)

Their daughter has severe food allergies, making food preparation a key part of the role. All meals are prepared at home, and comfort with EpiPens and infant/toddler CPR is required.
