New Providence family seeking a proactive, experienced part-time nanny/family assistant to care for their two boys, ages 4 and 2. Care is needed Monday through Friday from 1PM-7PM, beginning ASAP

Responsibilities

• School pickup and transportation to nearby activities

• Preparing children’s snacks, lunches, and simple family dinners 2–3x/week

• Children’s laundry and keeping children’s/common areas tidy after use

• Loading/unloading dishwasher as needed

• Engaging children in play, reading, outdoor time, crafts, creative learning, and occasional baking

Household Details

• Two boys, ages 4 and 2

• Both children attend school full-time during the school year and local day camp in the summer

• Activities are local, generally within a 5-mile radius

• Mom and Dad each work from home 1–2 days/week

• Family values outdoor play, reading, healthy habits, respectful communication, consistency, and limited screen time

• Spanish fluency or conversational Spanish is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• $32-35/hr on the books

• Industry standard benefits

• Mileage reimbursement for local driving using nanny’s own vehicle

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional childcare experience

• Experience with toddlers/preschool-aged children

• Clean driving and criminal record

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Eligible to work in the US

• CPR/First Aid certified
