A busy Summit family with four children, ages 15, 14, 11, and 8, is seeking a positive, organized, and flexible Family Assistant / Household Manager to begin October 5th.

Schedule

• Monday: 12–8 PM

• Tuesday: 2–9 PM

• Wednesday: 2–8 PM

• Thursday: 2–8:30 PM

• Friday: 2–7 PM

• Live-in or live-out

Responsibilities

• Driving to sports, activities, playdates, and appointments

• Managing schedules and family calendars

• Grocery shopping, errands, and household organization

• Helping prepare healthy, family-friendly meals

• Childcare and supervision as needed

• Assisting with the family’s two dogs

• Helping with travel and adapting to changing daily needs

Household Details

• Mom is a stay-at-home parent, so this role is highly collaborative and best suited for someone who enjoys being a true right hand in a fast-paced household

• Two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels

• Family vehicle provided for work use

• Family travels regularly, including summers in WestHampton Beach

Compensation & Benefits

• $40-45/hr via Payroll

• Family vehicle provided

• Live-in option available

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience

• Strong driving record

• Organized, proactive, and dependable

• Comfortable cooking, driving, pets, and travel

• Flexible with a changing family schedule

• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
